Refunds & Cancellation policy
Coaching can be purchased ala carte or in bulk packages. Once a session is booked, it cannot be refunded, nor can an individual session purchase be applied later to a group package bundle. However, in many instances, we can barter any remaining credit for other products & Services.
Recurring Billing Programs/Clubs
On many recurring billing products, you can cancel your subscription at any time when noted on the product page (For example, the Maximus Program). However, that will cancel any future recurring billings, but no refunds can be made for any payments to date. This includes any $1 trial programs. It is your responsibility to cancel your PayPal recurring profile before you are charged. For example, if you buy the monthly Maximus plan, once you cancel, the original one month payment cannot be refunded, however, no future billings will occur. For the quarterly and bi-annual payments, massive discounts are given for these choices and you also receive instant access to the full Media Download Library. Due to the nature of the digital products, once purchases are made, they also cannot be refunded. However, where noted, such as Maximus, you can cancel at any time. You will not be refunded your 3 month or 6 month “pre-payment”, however, once cancelled, your membership will end on the 3 or 6 month date and you will no longer be billed for any future periods. Similar for the $1 trial. Once you pass the trial period and are actually charged, no refunds can be given. Should you really need to cancel, please contact us, to see if we can give you credit towards another product or program.
All live seminars & BootCamps require a 50% down payment upon confirmation of Event. The balance is fully refundable within 30 days of purchase. However, in no circumstance, can a seminar balance be refunded within 30 days of the live event. Therefore, if you purchase a seminar within 30 days of the event, the seminar will be non-refundable.
Digital Products & Online Programs
(Ebooks- E-Videos, downloads)- Due to the nature of digital/downloadable products, we do not offer any refunds or cancellations once the purchase has been completed, which includes, for example, any of our live workshop or webinar recording programs, Forms, etc that give you instant access to downloadable media. This includes, for example, The Recruiting Firm Transformation System, Maximus program, Blu-Zebra, Premium Media Library etc.
However, certain products will have special guarantees that will be noted on the product page. If they do, they will override this policy here.
If for any reason you have any conflicts, please contact us so that we can hopefully work something out with you for delayed access, etc. We deal with this on a case by case basis.
